What should you know about handcrafted products?

All our products are handmade by experienced artisans, one piece at a time, making each piece unique. Due to this process, slight variations in colour, shape or size are inevitable and should be celebrated as a mark of the artist’s hand.

Small irregularities in the rims, texture, or surface do not destabilise them. We recommend you to add a placemat to help them sit flat across the table and also to protect the table.

How do I care for my wooden serveware?

Wood items are not heat resistant so please don’t put them in microwave or oven.

Wood items should only be cleaned by hand. Do not use any harsh abrasive soap or scrubber. Use damp cloth to clean only.

Do not soak them in water for long. Before storing, make sure to wipe off all the water and let them dry thoroughly.

How do I care for my ceramics?

We pay extra attention to the construct and design of each of our ceramic to ensure our products are durable. But we do recommend not to use harsh abrasive soap or scrubber to avoid scratches. Refrain from exposing ceramics to sudden impact and handle with extra care when storing.

Are ceramics dishwasher friendly?

Our ceramics are dishwasher safe in general. We do recommend you to use non-abrasive or gentle dishwashing liquid for cleaning purpose.

Are ceramics microwave or oven safe?

All our ceramics are heat resistant in general. Feel free to pop them in microwave or oven.

What is the difference between earthenware and stoneware?

Both earthenware and stoneware fall under ceramics. Earthenware is fired at lower temperature than stoneware. 

Stoneware is a sturdier alternative. It is fired at a higher temperature with glass mixed into the clay, making it strong and chip-resistant. Stoneware also has a thicker build than earthenware, lending a humble charm.

What are your shipping rates?

Shipping within Singapore is free on orders over SGD 100. Orders below are shipped at a flat rate of SGD 5.

Do you ship internationally?

How long does delivery take?

All our products are available in stock in Singapore. So expect to receive delivery within 3-5 business days.
